Rosemary made the home buying process a breeze. Anytime I texted or called her with a question, she had an answer by the end of the day. My desired move-in date was sooner than I initially stated by a month. With less than 2 weeks remaining, I was stressed everything wouldn't be resolved in time for the desired closing since the mortgage company and loan processors said no initially. Rosemary was able to work with the seller, mortgage company, and everyone in-between to ensure I received my desired closing day. On top of that, she was able to negotiate everything I wanted in the contract and additional items such as a new refrigerator and fence. I am not a first time home buyer so I have had experiences with good agents in the past but Rosemary is by far the best I have ever worked with.
